PRE DIPLOMA IN ISLAMIC STUDIES

INTRODUCTION
This part-time program offers the learning of fundamentals of Islamic Studies, which encompasses multi-disciplinary knowledge of Islam. It offers education system that emphasizes the application and understanding of Islamic knowledge in daily life.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
This program aims to provide the opportunity to learn basic Islamic education formally. It helps individuals to strengthen their Islamic studies and pursue higher level of learning. The program also aims to broaden individuals thinking and understanding of Islam in line with current needs.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

This program is open for individuals, age 17 and above.
Students do not need to have a formal high level Islamic education background.
Students will need to have at least primary Islamic education qualification from local mosque (part-time)

PROGRAM DURATION AND TIME
The program is for 2 years, and is divided into 4 semesters. Each semester is for 6 months or 26 weeks. There will be 24 study week and 2 term holiday weeks Students will learn 4 modules in each semester and each module will have 6 weeks of lesson.

PRE DIPLOMA EDUCATION PATH
Students who completed this program can continue their studies by enrolling in Andalus part-time Diploma program or Diploma in Quranic and Sunnah Studies conducted by Institute Pengajian Al-Zuhri.

PROGRAM FEE

The registration fee for this program is $ 52.00, payable once during the registration. The monthly fee is $ 83.00 (payment through GIRO).
