INTRODUCTION

This program is the English version of Andalus secondary program for students from level 1 to level 4. This program is currently conducted at Tampines I and Marsiling centres only.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

The main objective of this program is to provide intermediate Islamic education that are required by students in the secondary level. Students in this program will get to:

  • Learn in-depth about the basics of Islamic studies

  • Understand the rules in the recitation of the al-Quran

  • Memorize daily supplications and make it a daily practice

DURATION AND TIME

This program will take 4 years to complete. Each year will have 2 semesters, consisting of approximately 20 weeks of lessons. Students are not required to sit for exams but they will need to complete the assignments for each unit of the subjects taught.

 

Each lesson will last for 2 hours 45 minutes.

 

Students will study each subject below according to the module.

Semester 1

  • Aqidah

  • Sirah

  • Al-Quran/Tajweed

  • Prayers

Semester 2

  • Fiqh

  • Akhlaq

  • Al-Quran/Tajweed

  • Prayers

PROGRAM FEE

The registration fee for this program is $20.00, payable once during the registration. The monthly fee is $69.40.

Fees do not include books and supplementary notes.
